"Attended Urgent Care Centre today with my..."

About: Wansbeck Hospital

Attended the Urgent Care Centre today with my husband who had experienced a fall sustaining a chest injury. I found all the staff who treated my husband from the receptionist at the beginning of his treatment the triage nurse and the doctor who completed his care was exceptional. The service was an excellent experience10 out of 10 service we felt that my husband was treated with privacy and dignity throughout his treatment and outcome was second to none. Well done Wansbeck Urgent Care Centre.

Thank you for sharing his experience of care with us, it is great to know he was treated with privacy and dignity throughout his treatment – we understand just how important this is to all of our patients.

We will share your review with the team at Wansbeck who cared for your husband.

Thank you so much for your fantastic endorsement of the care you received at our Urgent Care centre at Wansbeck General Hospital. The team will be really chuffed to hear that you found their care to be ‘second to none’. Thanks also for giving us the opportunity to show our appreciation for their hard work - it means a great deal to us.

Ensuring a prompt, compassionate and safe response has been at the heart of our redesign of emergency care services over the last couple of years - I’m delighted you and your husband have been able to benefit from this. I hope recovery at home is going well and that he’s feeling stronger every day.

Best wishes,

Annie
