"A + E"

From start to finish this was a very positive experience. My mother needed to attend BRI after a fall. Paramedics were fast efficient and professional.In A+E whilst a long wait is to be expected at any hospital the staff triaged quickly and efficiently. They showed respect and gave my mother dignity. They were extremely efficient with observations and delivery of pain medication. Staff introduced themselves and created a positive professional environment. All in all I was very impressed with this hospital having not used it before.
