What I liked
After visiting the pre-op department on Wednesday 29/02/12.I was very impressed by the nurse who dealt with my case, not only did she carry out the pre -op efficiently she also arranged for my operation to be carried out earlier due to a cancelation. The operation was arranged for Friday 02/03/12. The care I received from all the staff on this day was excellent and I could not fault the standard of care, professionalism and good humour during my stay.I am now on recovery and would like to thank all the staff involved.
What could be improved
I do not believe that any improvements are needed for these departments.
