We were told that mum wouldnt survive the weekend and they'd be surprised if she survived the night! The ward manager was so supportive to our very large family. We all stayed the wkd and for the next 5 weeks. The team in this ward worked relentlessly to give our mum the best care possible. They saved her life she is still going strong in st Margaret hospice. The staff were magnificent!
The doctors, nurses cleaner and auxilery staff keep this ward going. So I great big thankyou x
