"Shoulder injury"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

After a long and painful battle trying to find the source off my problem. It felt like nothing was ever going to be resolved. After seeing Gemma Taylor I felt like I had options and after the first appointment I felt like I was in the track to recovery.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Jonners,

Clever Gemma, what a difference she must have made in just one consultation. having options as to a way forward must be quite a relief for you.

I will be delighted to pass this to Gemma, I am sure she will be very pleased with such lovely feedback.

All the best for your recovery.

Eunice

Update posted by Jonners (the patient)

It is a big relief as being self employed with a physical job it became near impossible to do. Now after guided instructions things are definitely improving and hopefully continue to do so. A big thank you to all involved.
