About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General medicine (Wards 5d)

(as a service user),

GP carried out immediate physical exam after sickness, chest pain and headache. Due to health issues a referral was made to the immediate care unit for assessment.

Dear Kitkatmac

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I was sorry to that you weren’t well and I hope that you are is now recovering. We are looking at all the processes between Primary care and the Immediate Assessment Unit to ensure that the experience for the patients are as seamless and positive as possible.
