had A breakdown a year ago. The receptionist then was lovely. Went through talking therapies though. Went to gp in August for higher dose antidepressants, told to come back if I need them reviewed. Phoned Monday not feeling well need to see a dr. I was told no a ring back is all I needed. A ring back is fine to deal with my mental health my meds change.

I had to wait until Tuesday though. Gave her my new number and yep. She didn’t add it to my account. Rang Wednesday are you going to ring back? You missed it. No she now has 2 browny points. No new number and no dr appointment in one day. Waited for ring back Thursday. Rang at 550 to ask if I was getting a call yes your on the list but it’s prioritised. So obviously mental health doesn’t mater. Guess what? Yes no ring back let’s see what Friday brings. Complaint going in tomorrow
