I have a long running mental health problem. I have been to my gp on several occasions and also seen staff at hospital and other nhs places over the years. I have got nowhere. In my opinion, none of the services suggested have been adequate or travel is involved that I cannot do.
I am now left to carry on as best I can with no help or support. I feel suicidal and it feels like no one cares.
