"Excellent care"

I took my mum to A&E on Christmas day, after which she was admitted as an inpatient.

I would like to praise the staff in the A&E department for their excellent manner and quick action. They made my mum comfortable and treated her with tremendous kindness.

The staff on the ward were also excellent. I didn't previously have a high opinion of Barnet hospital, but this recent experience has entirely changed that and I can't thank them enough.
