"CT Colon Scan"

Having had a failed camera inspection due to not being able to tolerate the procedure I was referred to CMTC for a Virtual CT scan. Reception was first call, very attentive and pointed me in the right direction. I arrived and was booked in. Waited less that 5 min and I was invited to a room for some notes and questions and any concerns I had were answered. I was given a gown and taken to a room to get changed.

On entering to room I was greeted by the radiography team and again I was put at ease, the procedure was again explained and was at most uncomfortable as you are pumped with air but it was all over in 20 min. I was very embarrassed as having a stranger probing about your private areas is not what you want but tbh within a few minutes I realised they do this all the time and they had me chatting about work and stuff and I forgot all about it.

The level of care I received was outstanding on every level from start to finish by the whole team and I left wondering what all the fuss was about.
