About: St Mary's Hospital (Newport)

What I liked

after carfull observation during my time in hospital it is quite clear that the medical ward i was situated was grossley understaffed most of the time. the care recieved was excellent but the staff were constantly busy and chaseing thier tales the whole time often working long days and not taking breaks. angels the whole bunch.

What could be improved

More staff on the ward on every shift and reduce the amount of paper they have to do, also wittnesed lots of people auditing what seemed to be everything stop this rely on solid patient feed back and just increase the staff numbers.

Anything else?

st Mary's is a great hospital hopfully will not be in again but would not complain if i did
