My experience with the doctors at this surgery has not been good. I find they don't take me seriously and are more concerned with filling in their screens than actually talking to me about the condition I need treatment for. Some of the doctors are dismissive, although some of them are personable.

The nursing staff are much better.

The reception staff are curt but generally efficient.

Overall, this is the worst surgery I have ever been registered with.

The Practice regrets that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. The Practice strives to maintain a courteous service and we are always looking for ways to improve our delivery of service to our patients. We take complaints very seriously and do everything that we can to solve the issues raised so that this type of incidents does not occur again. Unfortunately clinicians have to enter your consultation while you are with them to maintain accuracy. The receptionist need to work effectively with such high demand and we apologise if you perceived them as curt. I would like to meet with you to discuss this further.
