For someone who hates getting medical help the walk in centre at the RDE made me feel relaxed and safe. The nurse was a lovely nurse who made me feel liked I mattered, he was understanding and made jokes to make me feel more relaxed. He quickly confirmed what I thought the problem was and gave me appropriate medication. I was dealt with very quickly as there wasn't anyone else waiting. Excellent service just a shame there are people who abuse the service.
