About: Northern General Hospital

My husband attended A&E after suffering an anaplalactic reaction. The care and speed of the ambulance staff was amazing. Although A&E was busy staff did their best to ensure all patients were comfortable and well attended to. With the best will in the world I hope not to repeat the experience but I must say that the care and treatment my husband received was outstanding. Many, many thanks to all who helped with his care.

Thank you for leaving feedback. Although we are really sorry to learn about what occurred it really will mean a great deal to the staff in A&E to know they were able to help your husband and you feel supported during this very frightening experience. They will be really encouraged by this.
