"Care on Ward 10 and outpatients"

About: Freeman Hospital

I was recently admitted to Ward 10 following severe Epistaxis.

The care I received from the nurses and doctors was excellent.

Unfortunately I had to return twice following complications and, again, was very satisfied with the treatment.

However, the outpatients clinic I attended the second time was shambolic to say the least.

Hopefully this was a one-off and I was unlucky on the day.

Thanks again Ward 10
