About: University Hospital Monklands / Pre Admission Assessment

(as a service user),

My husband and I attended yesterday for a pre operative assessment and we could not have been more impressed with the service we received. The receptionist was polite and informative. The waiting area was comfortable with newspapers provided, patient privacy and dignity was maintained at all times. The facilities were spotless.

My pre op assessment was also excellent, Carol the nurse was compassionate, professional and thorough. She gave me all the information I needed in a way which was informative yet not scary, quite a skill to be admired in this field.
