"A Wonderful Hospital overall"

What I liked

I would like to say how wonderful the Reception staff are in the Blood test department.

Everytime I phone to ask for an appointment the staff are very accomodating and manage to squeeze me in at the earliest time available. Also, when I have arrived at Reception to book an appointment for a test the Lady on the desk is so wonderful and kind she makes you feel comfortable annd welcome. She always has a banter with patients it is funny to listen too. I would like to say thank you to her and the nurses for being so lovely.

What could be improved

There isnt anything that needs to change. It's great the way it is. You never have to wait long to be seen and the staff are wonderful.
