"Treated terrible!"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

Although I know that hospitals are a busy place, which I do respect this fact. I am seriously not happy with my visit on the 4th of january.

I had a 12 week baby scan, I went to my appointment and was seen 30 minutes later (which I certainly did not mind one bit). The lady shouted my name,i went in the room and my partner waited in the seating area not realising my name was called and just thought I went to the toilet. I asked the lady kindly if I could quickly ring him to come in as I wanted him there the reply I got back was horrible and the attitude was also not very nice.

She replied to my question "Well where is he? You need to hurry up I have a lot on today and I need you to be quick"in a very snotty manner!! I ignored it and quickly got him. She then asked me to lay on the bed rather ok I guess.. they she asked me to pull my top up so she could place the jelly on me. She then went on to say "these trousers are way to tight for you mind and have you even god pants on today" so not only am I very upset about this I have been insulted in two ways 1)do I even have pants on as if to say she knows me or as if to say I'm some sort of wrongen!. 2) the way she spoke to me about my partner who was literally right out side the door. I understand like I have already stated hospitals are busy, these scans are supposed to be a lovely time and I have been made to feel very uncomfortable by a member of staff.
