(as the patient),

I had an endoscopy procedure at the Day intervention phase three Victoria Hospital today. The whole experience was made so much easier by the the excellent work of the nurses and doctor. They all made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole procedure. The doctor and attending nurses were great, they conducted the whole procedure in a calm professional manner. The thing that made a huge difference to me was the nurse who talked to me through the procedure while the camera was being manipulated down my throat, she calmly explained everything that was happening, which was just what I needed. Thanks to all who were involved.
