"Lack of treatment received"

My  husband had major heart surgery. he had a 13 hour op.

Four weeks  later I went to the GP because he was swelling everywhere with a really bad cough.  told him I thought it was  pneumonia and he just ignored me took off his Tefpho threw it across the table and said I was stupid.  I asked him to ring the hospital and ward which told me to do this if I had any problems with my husband.  The GP then informed me that if I wanted my husband to go to hospital I would have to sit in A&E. I sat in A&E for 4 hours as soon as he was seen he was being operated on, he ended up in hospital he had   pneumonia and was in there for two weeks 

We went to the doctors for a  repeat prescription and was told that we had to go in and see the doctor who tried to change his  prescription saying he didn’t need the  medication that the hospital had Put him on.  The GP then looked at his blood  results  And said I think you have  cancer!  you can imagine how  shocked we was. I asked if it could have been that my husband had been so ill that is why his blood  werent right.  doctor said No !! We was given  leaflets then left we was told to wait for a phone call, week later still no phone call.  In the meantime we went back to the hospital to see his consultant and I explained what the GP had said consultant said it was ridiculous,  and that my husband had every test and cancer would have show up , never got that phone call , never had a  apology  From him .
