What I liked
Definitely a 5 star service. I was seen early, and all staff went to a great deal of trouble to make sure I was comfortable and safe (the procedure included a hefty dose of sedative). The waiting area and ward were warm, bright and modern, and the bed looked new and was very comfortable. I gather that the clinic was open until 8pm, which was amazing. The loo had paper towels - good. All the staff seemed to be working very hard, but were very caring and pleasant..
What could be improved
Nothing. Don't change anything!
Anything else?
I'm writing this 24 hours after the procedure ( a sigmoidoscopy) and I feel terrific.
