I visited the Minor Injuries unit for a cycling injury. The response was fast and friiendly, and although my injury was caused by my own mistake, I was treated with respect with no hint of blame being attached.
The examination itself was thorough and efficient, and provided me with the necessary re-assurance that I had not suffered a more serious injury.
