I moved to Bournemouth in June 2018 and was referred to Turbery Park mental health for ADHD and a personality disorder.
In the time I was attending the clinic my life took a downward turn in that I had to leave my alcoholic partner and
I was being bullied at work.
The impact on my mental health was so bad I became suicidal.
My mental health nurse was brilliant.
At all times he was a complete professional and yet I felt able to tell him exactly how I was feeling and be totally honest with him in which I have never been able to talk to a medical professional like this.
I owe my life to the nurse as my mental health got so low he made sure that I had regular appointments so he could keep a check on my mental health, he advised me, guided me and saw me through one of the worst times of my life.
He is an outstanding mental Health nurse and Dorset healthcare should nurture him as he really did save my life, I cant express how grateful I am for the medical service and care he provided to me.
"Thanks to my mental health nurse"
