What could be improved

I have been waiting for a very long time 3 months for a physiotherapy appointment since I had an ORIF operation on my ankle. I have called several times and been told there is a waiting list. This I understand and I have been patient. The problem is that no date has been set yet, of when I am likely to be seen. I keep being told that I will receive a letter in a week or two after calling them to enquire. This has happened three times now, but still no letter.
