Not alot .....
What could be improved
Communication with patients ....this seriously lets the hospital down ..never anyone on the other end of the phone to answer honest questions /queries,,,awful awful awful....could only get information when they felt like giving it waited days and weeks for answers awful.
Anything else?
Did not look after my mum properly and died ..if tests had been carried out professionally and throughly the outcome could have possibly been different.
Other close members of the family have been misdiagnosed by trusted people/consultants /profesionals only to be told at another hospital that things were much different and more serious than what was said at this Hospital.
"I will never come to this hospital for treatment ...."
