The doctor is a fantastic dr.

For almost 13 years I have been having problems with my leg & spine. The doctor is the only dr who took me seriously.

For almost 2 years I have been back and forward to the hospital had my meds changed, a lot, and the doctor has always been fantastic.

If I have any problems I can call up and the doctor will call me back to discuss meds or other problems I may have.

I have fibromyalgia & PTSD so it’s difficult for me to get to the surgery.

All other staff are also fantastic.

One thing I would change would be, I wish that when I request sick notes, for my benefits, that the surgery would post them out to me, as I find it difficult to get there.

I believe a lot of other surgeries in uk do post sick notes if you ask, but when I asked I was told, no the surgery doesn’t do that. It would make it so much easier for people who can’t/struggle to get to the surgery.
