Client:

You've helped me loads

there was a time I was down but every time I see you come round you make me happy. I'm nearly back to my old self, except for right at the end of my limb I'd be nearly new

Carer:

I don't think we'd be as far ahead as what we are without you. He was a different person at first, and now he's himself again. You've helped us get through a lot.
