I was attended by a nice nurse, she confirmed all my symptoms, sharp pains in the spine, headache, high fever, cough, phlegm in the lung (mild). Although I did not do any tests to see the real problem of the absurd pains of my spine, like a simple x-ray. He directed to continue the medications he was already using, ibuprofren and paracetamol and absolute rest for 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately, he did not want to provide me with any documents that prove my visit and my symptoms. I need the document to show my manager and the company where I work. I am in a lot of pain and difficult to get back to the emergency room. What is the best way to solve this problem?
