Receptionists are rude in person and over the phone. Make you feel unwelcome and like your causing them an inconvenience by coming into the surgery or calling them. Receptionists demand to know the reason why you want to see nurse even if you say it’s a private matter.
Dr and nurses are helpful when you do eventually get to see them.
