I can give nothing but praise to Marie Stopes. From the phone calls I made to arrange an appointment, to the procedure itself, the staff could not have been more helpful and caring. I had two appointments at the Marie Stopes Centre in Fallowfield - both times the reception staff were wonderful - I was very nervous about my appointments but they instantly put me at ease. They greet you at the door and walk you down to the waiting room, so there's no confusion about where to go or what's going to happen next. The actual medical team, healthcare assistants, nurses and doctors included are all friendly yet professional; they provided a perfect balance between making you feel welcome and relaxed whilst carrying out procedures quickly and efficiently. There are always opportunities to ask questions if you feel unsure and I never once felt judged about my situation. Thank you to all the staff at Fallowfield who made my visit the best it could be given the circumstances, you all do a superb job.
