"Absolute joke"

I do not know where to start with this surgery. In the 7 years I have been attending this place has gone seriously down hill. From rude and belittling receptionists to locum doctors carelessly misprescribibing me medication on 2 occasions and ringing me an hour later to not take it as they have now read up on my medical notes!

I can never ever see the same doctor and have to wait much longer if I wish to see a female.

The last time i visited regarding an ongoing thing they informed me that prior to a hospital visit my GP should have referred me to a specialist in the hospital as instructed by A&E , yet failed to do so till 3 months later and now I’m 3 months behind on waiting for an operation as the longer I leave this condition the more infertile I may become!!!

You ring up at 8am for an appointment for the phone to eventually being answered by a tired sounding receptionist who tells to try again tomorrow. I mean what is the point in going the doctors if they can’t even treat you right ?
