"Efficient but impersonal"

About: South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Receiving radiotherapy at South Tees as part of cancer treatment. Organisation is efficient but very impersonal. Made to feel as if on a treadmill, none of the radiotherapy staff providing treatmen introduce themselves and never take time to say say say hello or good morning or just how are you today. Given this is a most anxious and somewhat scary experince it would be caring, compassionate, professional, more personal and just plain nice if the therapists spoke to you as a person and not just over to you to each other as if you are a dummy.
