"3 times now I have been given an incorrect appointment time"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

(as a service user),

I have been having treatment with the Royal Liverpool Dental Hospital for a short while now.  I'm not sure if there is a problem with their booking system but 3 times now I have been given an appointment time which isn't the right one.  First I sat & waited an hour only to find out I wasn't actually booked in, second time around I was double booked & the third time the appointment time I was given was incorrect.  Like many patients, I work full time so I have to lose hours in work or make up time because of this.

It would be nice if the people I speak to on the phone apologise but they never have so far.  I appreciate we are lucky to have this service in Liverpool, it's just a shame this part of the service doesn't seem to be working so well.
