"Recent admission to ward 18"

I would just like to express my appreciation of the care that I received during an emergency admission. The very prompt response to my symptoms and courtesy received from all staff was exceptional. I would however like to single out two people who, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty. Healthcare assistant Strachan and Staff Nurse Love. They were extremely professional but also very caring and funny, nothing seemed too much trouble. This level of care was extended to everyone and I am very grateful for it. Having worked in public service I know that people are quick to complain, therefore I would like to extend my thanks to all at Wishaw General, particularly ward 18.
