Both my wife and I are in our 80s and about 12 years ago my wife started to have incontinence problems. She ended up at broadgreen under Dr Patel and it was confirmed she had a prolapse and she was given towels to use.

These weren't really very good and we were told the only next step would be a catheter. This was when we were referred to the continence service.

Since using the service we have had a better way of life.

We have never met such friendly, helpful people. They have been absolutely magic. You only have to phone the up and they are always lovely.

I couldn't think of a way to thank the so I went to the supermarket and bought them some coffee, tea, biscuits and sugar and went to drop them off at their offices.

If the deal with everyone the way they do us, I am sure no one could ever grumble about them
