This used to be a great practice, but in the last few years it's become harder and harder to actually see a GP. I have nothing bad to say about the staff - sometimes the receptionists can seem a bit distracted or aloof but never ever rude or uncaring.
The problem is...currently the only way to book an appointment (routine in advance, or urgent) is to play the 8AM roulette and hope you get through on the phone! You can't book more than 7 days in advance, shockingly. Apparently you can register online but I've never been given this option and apparently they've not bothered signing up for me to self-register.
They also gave me out-of-date forms for blood tests and ECG, which led to two wasted trips to 'drop in' clinics which actually use appointment systems now.
The standard of care is very good - you're not risking your health by being with them - but their services are so frustrating and inefficient that you'll end up having to watch your blood pressure!
