There are lots of different support networks in St Andrew's and the nursing team work well together.

We don't have enough staff on the ward (mainly nights), which means we can't always go out.

Thanks for keeping us posted about staffing issues. It's great to read that the nursing team on Marsh are working well together.

We are working very hard at present to recruit more regular staff and we have quite a few new starters due to start working with us over coming months. Hopefully we will see more staff on both days and nights and young people can get off the ward more easily as a result.
