"Unable to get an appointment"

About: Acorn Medical Centre

I have rung for the second time this morning for an appointment, left on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told that there is no doctor in today and I can try again tomorrow. Who's to say whether a doctor will be in??

The gp's I encounter are normally very good but only if you can get an appointment!

I feel sorry for the receptionists who no doubt receive a load of abuse due to the poorly run practice!

Acorn Medical Centre, sort it out.

Thank you for your comment. We do find it more difficult to get doctors around the holiday period as some are away. We have changed our telephone system to a call queue one after feedback from patients. Please accept my apologies.
