"Great Midwife team"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

My birth didn't went as planned when my waters broke and didn't geentinto labour, so I had to have the induction, which was very scary, cause I knew how painful it will be. The midwife talked me through everything and assured me that if the pain gets too bad I will get the epidural, which I ended up having , cause the pain was mainly in my back and was excruciating .They checked with me frequently to see how I am after that. I was encouraged towards a natural birth , and the Midwives were so encouraging and sweet through the whole process.I ended up having to have an emergency c section due to my cervix not dialateing enough.Again the doctors were so professional and caring.I was in a drowsy state as I don't remember the name of he doctor, but now I'm 8 weeks postpartum and the scar healed great . Even though evething that could have gone bad did go bad, the team was a great support system, and the recovery was good with nice hospital cooked meals.
