Horrendous service, waited in excess of 30 minutes for someone to answer the call and when they did, she didn't seem to know what day it was!
Asked for an appointment with the nurse to get a test done prior to stem cell donation. Said they 'don't do it anymore, get your pregnancy test from the pound shop'. I was astonished. I need the test to be signed off by a medical practitioner for suitability reasons. I doubt they would accept a pound shop test!
Had to repeat myself several times saying the same information over and over again. Very hard work for what should have been a quick and easy appointment phonecall.
