(as a service user),

I'm overwhelmed by the work and dedication of all of the staff in the stroke unit.  I cant think of another thing they  could do to improve the service they provide. Every patient regardless of what state they are in is treated with dignity and empathy. Well done to you all and my thanks for helping me so much.

Dear leopardch59,

It is great to read that you found your care to be excellent in the stroke unit. This must have been a frightening time for you and your family. As well as the technical aspects equally important is compassion, dignity and empathy. I am delighted you found this to be evident.
