"Rude"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth)

Went with a minor injury,saw 2 different nurses who both said I needed plastics at QA, then another nurse came along and short of calling me a liar was very rude and I left with no help. Please remember NHS is funded by taxation and national insurance contributions, we are paying for it! There is never any need to be rude.
