Occupational Timetable - a good selection of activities.

I felt there were others that had been through the same difficulties or similar. I felt quite at ease and uplifted. 

It was an excellent escape off the ward, they gave me hope I think without the whole team it would have a devastating effect on patients, I felt everything was good. Excellent.

I made new friends that head enjoyed their time there too.

Rose and Eileen really supported me in my time of need and pointed me towards the recovery college. Also they arranged for me to enrol, I enrolled and booked on five courses.

Thank you for your kind comments and feedback. I know the team, particularly Rose and Eileen will very much appreciate them. We aim to offer a varied and positive group and individual experience whilst someone is an inpatient. We are very focused on supporting recovery and promoting hope. I am so pleased you were able to experience a range of activities that have proved beneficial. We hope that you find the recovery college valuable and we wish you all the best for your ongoing recovery.
