"Unfailingly efficient and kind"

I am always amazed how well my local GP surgery works. All the staff - doctors, nurses, reception - are unfailingly efficient and kind. This morning, I had an appointment for a blood test - it was done exactly on time, and the nurse was reassuring and lovely, it was all over in a flash even though I hate injections. We read in that press how difficult it is to get a GP appointment and we know how under - resourced the NHS is - but at this surgery, I have never had problems getting an appointment and the follow-ups are always done properly. Honestly there is nothing I could suggest that could improve their services, and I just want to say a big thank you and stress how much I appreciate them all.
