My mother in law was visiting from abroad and was admitted with an absess under her tooth and halucinations as a result of tramadol.
The service, professionalism and time the AandE maxilofacial doctor showed to her was the best I have ever seen.
She explained things very well and her bedside manner was fantastic. A quick transfer to the ward took place and the nursing staff on ward 20A were superb.
The time, care and approach they showed to my mother in law was above and beyond.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The care she received on the ward from the nurses and doctors was world class. The treatment was swift and effective meaning only a two night stay.
We cannot thank and praise this hospital enough.
