Thank you so much to all the staff in A& E who were working on Hogmanay and News Years Day. You are magnificent and need medals! Not only did you provide superb care to our mum, taking time to explain what was happening and reassuring us, you dealt professionally and expertly with some very challenging situations which we witnessed. Thank you all so very much. Mum is home now and fractures I am sure are already on the mend. Wishing you all a safe, healthy and happy 2019.

Dear L12019,

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of your Mums care during her emergency visit to ED.

The staff work extremely hard all year round but this year at the festivities has been challenging and staff have worked through this with upmost professionalism.

I will ensure that the team are given feedback and I am sure they will be delighted by your kind words.

I hope your mum continues to make a good recovery.
