We had to visit A&E on Christmas Day. My little boy (4) bumped his head resulting in a deep cut. The staff were brilliant, we were seen quickly and he even got a little present! One in particular was a star, it was his first visit to hospital and he was anxious and unsure, she did a great job at putting him at ease, glueing him up and sending us on our way in time for Christmas dinner.
Thank you all for making a bad situation better.
