"Excellent"

Prior to my MRI scan, I was informed I would need a consult with the MRI team and possibly some x-rays. I was expecting a long wait as I did not have an appointment and was asked to attend the day following my telephone conversation. Registered with radiology main reception, was whisked through to see a consultant in MRI, was then whisked back to main radiology. Was asked to sit and wait to have some x-rays done. After 2-3mins I was taken through and had x-rays done. Was told the images would be forwarded to the consultant straight away, but I could go home and I would contacted about the results. From arrival to leaving the car park was 32 minutes. I was phoned about an hour later to inform me that everything was fine and I could attend my MRI appointment as planned. Excellent, polite and friendly staff. Well done KGH, I look forward to my MRI Scan next week. Thank you for a seamless stress free experience.
