I have been calling the hospital for 2 weeks now and nobody answers the phone. I have sent emails and upon emails to the reservations team and still no response this hospital in the past have been excellent I have had two surgeries and now the standards have dropped it is so bad all I am trying to do is make sure my operation date is booked which as my surgeon decided will be in 5 weeks! I am a working person I need to take time off and it is so bad that I am having to call the hospital again and again with failed attempts to get through to BMI this surgery is very important to me it is sad that I am having to write a review like this on this hospital because BMI have been great to me in the past but now I am really disappointed
