"Disappointed"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Dissapointed ,I Waited 3 months to see a gynie after a gp referal due to being previously diagnosed with pop and pelvic pain and unexplained bleeding. Recieved a phone call less that two hours before my appointment from that department to inform me the clinic on the 14/12/ 18 had been cancelled and that another appointment would be rearranged. Today I recieved a letter stating that I FAILED to turn up to said appointment and that another one would not be re arranged as they didn't understand why I had be referred as my scans in September had been clear. Do people not read reports!! And why not be truthful in the letter and state it had been cancelled by that clinic? Not that I failed to attend
